This is my go-to pair of shorts whenever I’m wearing tops with stronger colors, like red or electric blue. The heather grey and minimalist design instantly tone everything down and create the perfect balance. I wear them regularly both for training and in everyday life. They’re extremely comfortable, easy to wear, and incredibly versatile. I really hope More Than Muscle brings this exact style back in black, because honestly, that’s the one piece I’m still missing from my More Than Muscle collection. It would be an instant buy for me.

Navy is my favorite color, so I’ve been wearing these everywhere — at the gym, out and about, basically whenever I can. What I love most is how versatile they are. They work just as well with a training outfit as they do for a casual look, without ever feeling like they’re only meant for the gym. Another piece from More Than Muscle that has quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. I genuinely love what this brand is creating.
I’m absolutely obsessed with their sweatshirt. I’ve actually sold all my old sweatshirts from other brands. I only wear More Than Muscle now. The fit is simply unique, especially if you have an athletic, muscular physique. I honestly haven’t found anything else that fits like this. It manages to look powerful without feeling tight or restrictive, and it’s incredibly comfortable to wear. I was especially happy to see More Than Muscle release this iconic, signature fit in such a clean and minimalist style, without a huge logo or unnecessary details. That’s exactly the kind of piece I was hoping for. Now I’m just waiting for a grey version in the same style. I wore these shorts for almost my entire stay in Ibiza, alternating them with the navy running shorts. They literally followed me everywhere — in the sea, on my runs, and during chill days. The only limitation I found was during training, mainly because of the lack of stretch. But the style is absolutely incredible. You instantly feel more confident wearing them because they elevate your whole look. They have that rare ability to make you feel good the moment you put them on. Thanks again to More Than Muscle for such a beautiful piece. It’s been one of my favorite pieces throughout the trip.

As a huge MTM fan, I felt like I had to try the best seller shorts that started it all for the brand. Overall, this is another excellent piece. The quality is outstanding, and this model probably captures the classic 70s retro aesthetic better than any other shorts in the collection. It definitely elevates an outfit and has a unique vintage feel. That being said, I personally have a slight preference for natural cotton fabrics. I simply feel more comfortable and more like myself wearing them. Because of that, I still prefer the cotton version with the same design. So I'm not sure this will be the pair I wear the most, but it definitely deserves a place in my wardrobe. If you're looking for that authentic retro 70s vibe, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Goated shirt to work out in. Feel like such a sigma in it. All jokes. But fits perfectly with a long sleeve underneath. Not too baggy. Just the right fit.

This simplicity makes it highly versatile: it works just as well with logo-free tops as it does with oversized logo tank tops or t-shirts. It allows you to build more balanced outfits without overloading the silhouette. In contrast, the other shorts in the range, with their white stripes or more prominent branding, can make it harder to pair with highly graphic tops, as the overall look can quickly feel visually busy. Overall, I really love these shorts. They complement the rest of the collection perfectly and offer a cleaner alternative for more varied styling options. I would have liked to get them in black and navy as well, but I arrived too late—they were already out of stock.

Most shorts are either too long or too short, whereas these are simply the perfect length. What I also love is their versatility.
