Shipping and Returns Policy

All items will be shipped within 1 business day of order. 

Estimated time of delivery
Domestic (within Australia): 2- 6 Business days.
International: 5 - 20 Business days. 

*Shipping delays may occur depending on customs per location

Note: All returns shipping costs from the purchaser's location must be made by the purchaser. Shipping costs on the replaced item will be covered by More Than Muscle.

How to return an item
All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase date. All returns must meet the returns policies outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Terms and Conditions

Please note that if contact via the email address provided above is not made before deciding to ship back an item, a refund/ exchange will not be considered. 

Change of mind return policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges and/ or refunds due to a change of mind. Please be certain with your decision before making a purchase.

Wrong size?
1. If you have purchased the wrong size, an exchange can be made provided the item is returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase confirmation date, and is in its original packaging, unworn and without damage.

2. Upon receiving the item, an assessment will be made to determine the item has been returned in accordance to the previous conditions. If the replacement size is in stock, the replacement item will be sent within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item.

3. Refunds can not be made if you selected the wrong size, however, if your requested replacement size is not in stock, a refund (minus shipping cost) may be made following an assessment of returned item, or alternatively, a 100% store credit.

Damaged/ Faulty item(s) return policy
1. We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us at as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment. You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the goods.

2. If upon receiving a suspectedly defective returned item, it is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the item, or alternatively, refund the price of the item (shipping included) to your original payment method. If upon receiving a suspectedly defected item, the item is found not to have a defect and a remedy for a failure to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law is not provided, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.

3. It does not constitute a defect if in our reasonable opinion an item has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Returns processing times
Returns may take up to 20 business days to process from when you lodge the parcel, depending on where you are sending the returned item from. You will be refunded/ have replacement item(s) sent within 1-3 business days after we receive your return.
If you have multiple orders (under separate order numbers) to return, please complete and pack each return separately. Consolidating your orders might cause delays in processing your return.
