Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 1 business day of order via Australia Post. 

Estimated time of delivery
Domestic (within Australia): 2-6 Business days.
International: 5-20 Business days. 

Note: Shipping delays may occur depending on customs per location


Returns

For an item to be eligible for a return, it will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. The return is initiated by a domestic customer (anyone within Australia). We unfortunately can’t offer returns to international customers at this time (please read through our Returns and Exchanges Terms and Conditions below for more information).

  2. The return is initiated within the MTM returns portal within 30 days of receipt of the order confirmation email.

  3. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition (without any damage) and in their original packaging.

  4. Items must meet the additional returns eligibility outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Terms and Conditions (see below). Sale items and digital products cannot be returned.


How do I return an item?
If the item(s) you wish to return meets the above criteria, you can initiate a return here.

Once your return request has been made, we will have a QR code emailed to you for you to have scanned at your local Australia Post office for free label printing.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We pride ourselves on being able to offer domestic More Than Muscle customers (anyone within Australia) FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, however – and unfortunately – we cannot offer returns for international customers unless the product received is proven to be defective or faulty.

Please read through our product descriptions and size chart before making a purchase if you are an international customer.


Change of mind return policy

We accept returns due to a change of mind for an exchange or store credit only. We cannot provide refunds for change of mind return requests. Please be certain with your decision before making a purchase.


Wrong size?
If you have purchased the wrong size, an exchange can be made provided the item is returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase confirmation date, and is in its original packaging, unworn and without damage.

Upon receiving the item, an assessment will be made to determine the item has been returned in accordance to the previous conditions. If the replacement size is in stock, the replacement item will be sent within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds can not be made if you selected the wrong size, however, if your requested replacement size is not in stock, a refund (minus shipping cost) may be made following an assessment of the returned item, or alternatively, a 100% store credit.


Damaged/ Faulty item(s) return policy
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us first at info@morethanmuscle.com.au as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.

You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the goods.

If upon receiving a defected returned item, it is confirmed by us to have a defect, we will replace the item, or alternatively, refund the price of the item (shipping included) to your original payment method.

If upon receiving a defected item, the item is found not to have a defect and a remedy for a failure to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law is not provided, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.

It does not constitute a defect if in our reasonable opinion an item has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

With this in mind, please be considerate of how you handle and care for your MTM apparel. We do not recommend high temperature washing, nor do we recommend using a machine dryer.


Sale items

Sales on any/ all sale items are final. We cannot accept returns on sale items.


Returns processing times

Returns may take up to 20 business days to process from when you lodge the parcel, depending on where you are sending the returned item from. You will be refunded/ have replacement item(s) sent within 1-3 business days after we receive your return.
If you have multiple orders (under separate order numbers) to return, please complete and pack each return separately. Consolidating your orders might cause delays in processing your return.
